New email personalization preview

With the new update to our email preview feature, you don’t have to publish a task to see what your email will look like for a new hire. Before saving or publishing, you can “preview” your email draft in real-time to see what it would look like to your intended recipient.

We’ve minimized the steps it takes to see what your message will look like, so you can spend more time crafting and personalizing emails for your employees. Before, it was a little bit of a hassle to save or publish the task and then add someone to the workflow to view the email. 

Now, you can simply switch back and forth between the Editor and the Preview tabs to make sure you’re not missing any necessary fields - like the employee’s start date or onboarding buddy assignment, that you’ve selected the right template prompt for that employee, and that your email looks exactly the way you want it to before it gets sent or assigned to anyone!
