New Twilio integration

We’re super excited to announce the newest Sora integration we’ve launched this month: SMS text messages from Twilio.

With the Twilio integration you’ll be able to build automated text messages right into your onboarding workflows to send new hires quick, personalized messages. You can give every new employee the white-glove treatment by automatically sending short messages to keep them in the loop (without the hand cramps from manually sending dozens of text messages).

Text messages can be especially useful for new hires who haven’t started yet. Maybe there’s a short message you’d normally send in Slack or Teams, but they don’t have those accounts yet. Why not just send off a quick text? That way you can keep constant communication without flooding their personal email inbox.
