As soon as your new hire fills out this survey, you can set up their desk for them - if your company is in the office.
If your company is remote, send their equipment early so it arrives on their doorstep in time for their first day on the job.
Also, if your company offers a work-from-home stipend or a monthly desk budget, let your new hires know about it so they can build their workstation with any other items they need or want to be comfortable in their new digs.
